Who I am
Leadbridge ("I", "me", "my") is a design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) consultancy. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or contact me, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information I collect
Information you give me. When you contact me through the contact form or by email, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Usage information. This website uses a privacy-focused analytics service (Vercel Web Analytics) to see aggregate visit data, such as which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and the type of device, browser and approximate country. I use this to understand how the website performs, not to identify you personally.
Technical information. Like any website, the services that deliver this site process technical data such as your IP address and browser details in order to send you the pages.
How I use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you ask for.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
I do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
This website relies on other providers, which may receive limited technical data (such as your IP address) when your browser loads content from them:
- Vercel for hosting and analytics.
- Brevo for storing the details you submit through the contact form (name, email, service and message) and for sending me an email notification about your enquiry.
- Google Fonts for the typefaces used on the site.
- Image and content hosts that serve some of the pictures shown on the site.
- Social platforms (Instagram, X and LinkedIn) if you click through to my profiles. They have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
I do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. Some of the third-party services above may store or read limited technical data as part of delivering their service. You can control or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
How long I keep information
I keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out any work agreed, and meet business and legal record-keeping needs. After that, I delete or anonymize them where the law allows.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. To make a request, email temmie@leadbridge.com.ng and I will respond within a reasonable time.
Security and transfers
I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storing or transmitting data online is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security. The providers listed above may process data in countries other than your own.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
