About the website and services
Leadbridge provides design and conversion rate optimization (CRO) consultancy, including related services such as UI/UX design, web development and SEO. Information on this website is general and may change. It is not a binding offer.
Engagements, fees and payment
The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms for any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement between you and me. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement takes priority.
Your responsibilities
To deliver good work on time, I need you to provide accurate information, content, access and feedback when requested. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You confirm that you have the right to use any materials you supply to me.
Intellectual property
- The design, text, graphics, code and other content on this website belong to Leadbridge or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
- Ownership or licensing of final deliverables for a paid project is set out in your agreement with me.
- I keep the rights to my tools, templates, methods and pre-existing materials.
- Unless we agree otherwise, I may show completed work in my portfolio. Tell me if a project needs to stay confidential.
No guarantee of results
Design and CRO outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, such as traffic quality, the offer, pricing, market conditions and how changes are implemented. Case studies and examples on this website show what happened for specific projects and are not a promise of the same results for you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website. That includes trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, send harmful code, or use it for unlawful purposes.
